The guesthouse was beautiful, serene, and felt almost magical; the staff were exceptional, gracious, and attentive to every detail—from warm cookies to accommodating a late check‑in and a generous breakfast in a sun‑lit room. The room itself was spectacular, making me feel like a queen stepping back into another era while still enjoying all the modern amenities. I can’t recommend it more highly!

“Heather, the innkeeper, was super friendly and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

The "Fred" is amazing—beautifully restored with original furniture, wallpaper, and photos, and we loved exploring and snapping pictures. Breakfast was large and tailored to our dietary needs, and the tea and coffee selection impressed us. Heather, the innkeeper, went out of her way to welcome us, suggest local spots, and ensure everything we needed was in place for a memorable stay. The mattress was a little firm for us, but otherwise there were no complaints.
