The beds were clean and comfortable. I booked a king‑size room but ended up with a queen because the king was overbooked, a fact the staff never mentioned until I reached the room. I even had to bring my own coffee maker into the room—ridiculous.

The place was clean and quiet. Breakfast was better than usual for what’s included. I had to dispute a $233.10 overcharge on my account.

We arrived at night and left in the morning, so we didn’t have time to see much. The pool looked nice and the breakfast was pleasant. The location is far.

The lobby and dining area were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom in our room was filthy: hair and stains in the shower, a dirty floor that seemed untouched for weeks, and a counter covered in hair.
