The hotel was of very good quality, but the restaurant menus lacked variety and there was no ticket dispenser.
The place was elegant, with nothing to complain about.

The rooms were spacious with all the amenities, neat and clean, but breakfast could use more options for Middle Eastern guests. The chefs and breakfast staff should speak English so international visitors know what’s needed.
I highly recommend this very beautiful hotel.

Everything was just right, the food offering at breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The location of the hotel was good too and the view overlooking the lake was amazing. There were far more positives to this hotel than negative. There was no disturbance at night from the other guests so that was great too and the decor and feeling of grandeur was all too present. Would certainly book again at this magnificent hotel. It's definitely one of a kind. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious, better than most. The bathroom and the 2nd Toilet were also very clean and welll presented. The coffee machines in the breakfast area were not giving out hot coffee, the machines were generally not very good however the tea facility proved to take its place well
