Could you send me the invoice for my stay at the hotel? I need it for my records. Please email it to [email protected].

Having a kitchen was a plus, yet the room lacked a wardrobe and was sized for two people rather than four, clearly set up to squeeze four guests for profit; cleanliness was poor with dust and hair everywhere, suggesting it was never swept, and although the listing claimed a central location, the surroundings were industrial and unattractive. I would only recommend it for the low price, the kitchen, and the relatively nearby supermarket.

Check‑in didn’t work well; I had to wait in a phone queue for over 30 minutes before being disconnected. A cleaning lady helped me get in. Later, I managed to contact the front desk, but the TV was dead when I checked in because the remote was completely dead. The next day, I received a login card for another room to pick up a working remote. The kitchen equipment was poor: a very dull knife, no scissors, etc. Is it the cleaning lady’s job to check that the TV works and the kitchen gear is fine?

We didn’t receive the digital key on time, so we had to wait outside the hotel in the middle of the night because we couldn’t get in. Finally, a staff member let us in. We tried calling the lobby phone, but no one answered; after 30 minutes and several calls, someone finally picked up.
