Kanatal itself is naturally beautiful. The new property has rooms that aren't insulated against cold winds; a lot of chilly air seeps in below the door panels, so they should fix that. Also the rooms sit on different levels and each step is steep, making it feel like a vertical climb.

The staff were warm and homely, gave personal attention, and the rooms were clean.

The property is large, the bathrooms and rooms were clean, and indoor games were available. However, the rooms were too small, the food was pricey and only average, a bonfire cost 1k, breakfast had limited options, the taste was just okay, and there was no effort to entertain guests; if you’re after just a stay, it’s acceptable.
