The situation is close to all conveniences, the train station is a 10‑minute walk. The cleanliness of the accommodation, the quality of the bedding, the rooms aren’t very large but very functional, everything is there. The friendliness and availability of the managers. However, there is no sink in the kitchenette, so two bottles of water to fill the coffee machine and kettle and a kitchen towel would not be useless, but it really wasn’t a problem: the supermarket isn’t far and we found what we needed.

I’d like to give a special shout‑out to Francesca; she was extremely kind, attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. From the first contact she showed great care to make us feel comfortable and well‑received. You can see the affection and dedication she has for guests and every detail of the accommodation. Besides being an excellent host, she is very polite, helpful and always ready to help. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again. Wonderful hospitality! The owner Francesca is very good, cheerful and helped us with everything we needed. The house was very clean and well‑maintained. Every day the trailer with breakfast was full! The house is very close to the train station, easy access to a quiet area. I would definitely choose it again if I ever find myself there again! Thank you for everything!

The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was equally spacious and clean; the location was good, and the host was very welcoming and informative. Nothing was wrong—everything was good.
