We enjoyed a pleasant stay at Tuğra Hotel where the staff were courteous, and Aziz Bey looked after us particularly well. Although the décor is a bit dated, the property is clean and its position in Fatih proved very handy, with plenty of shops nearby and easy access to Eminönü and other sights. All in all we left satisfied.

We had a wonderful stay at Tugra Hotel and would happily return. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic spot near parks, shops, restaurants, public transport, and many of Istanbul’s main attractions, making city exploration easy. What truly made our visit special was the staff—everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, always going the extra mile. A special thank you to Azizhan Yenigün for his outstanding hospitality, helpful recommendations, and kindness throughout our stay; he made us feel at home. Great value for money, especially for families. Highly recommended!

The location is great—everything is close to the hotel. The staff are good, especially Nihad, who was very kind and helpful. The water supply had problems: once the water stopped, another time there was no hot water, and a third time there was hot water but no cold. We only learned about it when we asked. The bed linens were very old and the towels were not changed each time, just rearranged.

The location is actually good; the paved street seems to belong to the hotel, and you can park there. The room is quite run-down, the bathroom smells terribly like a drain, the bathroom fixtures are falling apart, there was a broken table on the balcony and no chairs. Even the tap water smelled bad. I would not stay here again.
