“Fantastic Hotel”
This was the best holiday we’ve had; the hotel is well positioned for discovering Scarborough and local spots with great bus services right on your doorstep, it’s beautiful and homely, Sarah and Jim can’t do enough for you, their facilities are great, they have a great menu and their meals are exceptional, and we’ve already booked our next visits.
We had a lovely stay with Sarah and Jim—exceptional B&B, perfect for a trip to Scarborough, and nothing was missing.

The accommodation was superb, the staff extremely friendly and welcoming, and the place was just a stone’s throw from the seafront, making the whole experience delightful; there was nothing to dislike.
A warm welcome greeted me, and the room was spotless and cozy with nice toiletries; breakfast was excellent, offering plenty of homemade treats alongside a traditional spread, and the location was very convenient.
The hosts were lovely and friendly, the place was immaculate, the food great, and there were hardly any issues; the only downside was the view from the next door, which I understand is beyond the hosts' control.
