I had a wonderfully comfortable stay at this property and I have stayed again and will stay here whenever I come to Leipzig. The house is comfortable and functional, and I was able to get all of my needs met comfortably. My room was on the back side of the building and very quiet, I felt safe and was able to get much needed rest here. The main kitchen could use some updating in the stove and non‑stick pans, one of the washers in the basement was moldy but the other was fine and I was able to do my laundry for free. One of the other guests chose to smoke inside one night which was a bummer but only happened once despite the house being covered in no smoking warnings. The other guests were quiet and friendly. I also liked that it was just a block away from a variety of stores and the bus stop was just in front of the house.

The equipment such as the single shower, TV, and fridge in the room were present. There is no dedicated trash can in the room and not enough toilet paper. For a small space for a short period I expect more from it.

Value for money. The entrance/exit to the parking lot is tight. Depending on other guests, it can be hard to leave the parking lot in the morning. If they have parked unfavorably, you have to struggle a lot.
