The staff really stood out—room service and lobby personnel were kind and welcoming, and the receptionists were exceptional, especially the night lady who spoke English fluently. My phone didn’t work, and even after several requests it never got fixed, so I often had to go down to ask for room service.

البوفية يحتاج الى تغيير البيض قاسي جداً وبارد الانواع قليلة جداً جداً والمشروبات فقط كانت شاهي وعصير برتقال تانج كان حجزي ٤ ايام ومع ذلك لم اتحمس اذهب ذهبت فقط ليوم واحد فقط وعند رؤية البوفيه تراجعت بعد الاكل

The welcome, cleanliness, and layout were good, yet no one came to clean the room when I asked; otherwise, nothing to complain about—overall a decent hotel with good staff.
