“It was OK, we will be back.”

The complimentary breakfast was nice and of good quality, but the coffee machine was a hassle—people had to wait for each cup, it made a lot of waste, and it never filled a full cup. Also, the bed linens felt slightly damp, which was odd.

“It did the trick for a one night stay.”

The room was spacious with plenty of outlets, and the beds were comfortable. The pancakes at breakfast were great, and the housekeeping staff were really nice. However, my bathroom was dirty when I arrived, with hair on the floor and in the shower, and the water pressure in my room was terrible.

Someone tried to get into my hotel room at 230 in the morning. Multiple times this occurred. They had a key card to access the room and luckily had I had the bolt on. The phone rang at 3 am and hung up, the phone rang at 630 am and hung up. This woke up my 5 year old and myself multiple times plus scared us. There was no real explanation given

The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, the window‑darkening shade was awesome, the satellite channels were good, it was roomy, I liked the soap products, and the AC was good. On the downside, I checked in late and got into my room 45 minutes after the scheduled time, the shower water pressure wasn’t great, the bed was hard, and I couldn’t see the TV from the sofa.

“Room clean decent Should train your staff better”

The place was clean, but the internet connection wouldn’t work. I called the front desk and they said I’d have to call their tech department; I’ve never had an issue with internet at a Hilton before, and this guy just brushed it off and told me to call tech. The second phone code kept disconnecting while I talked to him, which was super annoying, and when I checked out the old lady at the desk seemed confused and didn’t know what she was doing.
