There was no positive aspect. The beds were infested with bed bugs, crawling everywhere.

The front desk guy was very friendly and helpful, even handed us breakfast. Our assigned waitress completely ignored us, handed us juice and cereals for the kids, then vanished. We had to ask several different staff for extra milk, apple juice, and glasses of water, all of which were forgotten. We requested water multiple times and only received one glass for the three of us 🤦♀️🤦♀️. The room was too hot, had no fan, the window wouldn’t open, and there were no safety guides even though we had children in the room.
