The place was perfectly located, though it was really hard to find. It was very clean and quiet. The suggested parking turned out to be a tiny, dirty, closed garage with a very difficult iron door. Talking to the owner was extremely hard, and they only spoke Italian.

Modugno is a nice city for a one‑night stop, close to the airport. The property sits in the heart of the pedestrian old town, which is great once the car is parked. Getting to the accommodation was very easy on your own, thanks to the manager’s directions. The car is a hassle in Modugno, but the property isn’t to blame; you have to plan for that. Also, the bedding felt below par compared to the rest of the place. The mattress was very soft, more like a sofa bed than a real mattress. The place gets noisy when guests arrive and leave from their rooms.

A very pretty, historic neighborhood with old buildings and maze‑like streets. The room was beautiful, with a balcony, a bathroom, everything very clean. The terrace on the building is magnificent. I recommend this B&B. Nothing unpleasant.
