The friendliness and family‑like atmosphere made us feel welcome, and we were thoroughly informed about leisure options. Dinner at 19.30 was a bit late, but the quality was excellent.

An unforgettable holiday; the hotel managers are simply wonderful, making you feel at home with their availability and kindness, which truly sets them apart. They arrange free excursions so you can meet new people and experience the mountain together. The food was great, the location perfect, and the rooms always clean. If I could give praise blindly, I would; I gave a 10 and a commendation. Thanks to everyone for making this beautiful week together—we’ll be back soon.
