The hotel has a location problem that makes it hard to get there, and the dormitory I booked is only for men; because I’m a woman, after a long search I couldn’t check in and there was no mention of this on Booking. It feels like a deliberate tactic to make you stay and pay a higher rate. I didn’t stay, and the gentleman was rude and asked me to cancel the reservation myself, which is a shame to describe this pathology.
