The spot is great, but the building feels like it needs a makeover; it’s old and loud, with echoes from doors and chatter in the stairwell, plus people smoking and vaping even though signs say no. No one is on site to help, and any staff that are there don’t stay all day.

The location worked well, yet the place is old and needs fixing. The bathroom wasn’t clean, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, so I had to buy a topper to sleep.
