“It was a horrible experience”

I booked a month ahead for an event, but when I got to Fort Worth an hour before check‑in, the front desk called saying they were overbooked and had no room for me. I had the confirmation and even weekly emails, yet they had nothing ready. I’ll never stay here again.

“Gave away our reserves room”

They handed over the room that had been reserved for a month.

“Terrible stay but management is working to make it right”

The only thing that made the place decent was its location. The manager was understanding and is quickly processing our refund; the hotel is under new management and remodeling, so perhaps we were unlucky to get an untouched room. We were almost denied a room even though we’d booked months earlier. The room they offered smelled of cigarettes, the floor around the toilet was warped and loose, and half the outlets didn’t work. The worst part was the toilet that overflowed twice at 7:30 am, leaving nasty water under the loose floorboards. We left after one night because we couldn’t stay another. We’re seeking a refund and expect at least half our money back.

“Bad.”

Checked in late around 12midningr. The manager said they already removed the reservation and was charged and he couldn’t do anything for me to checked back in. So early morning I was struggling with my luggage to find a new hotel Also the office is sooo small and very old
