The cured meats were missing and the eggs should have been freshly cooked.

The location and surroundings were fine, but it was cold, felt like a concrete bunker, no TV in the room. Despite the low occupancy we were given a room far from the reception and dining area. The walls were bare and the standard didn’t match the price at all.

The food was good, but some staff were a bit less friendly. There was nothing to buy if you got hungry at night – no minibar, no TV in the rooms.

The elevator was unusable. It had a keypad lock that we didn’t know about until the evening, so we thought it was just “not functioning” as written on the card. That meant we couldn’t get to the restaurant at night when reception was closed; I have a mobility issue, so we were given a room we could reach without stairs. Giving guests the code for the elevator would have been fine.
