The location is convenient and easy to reach town, but we were not told that the lift was out of service when we booked.

Everything was great, very quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

“Not pleasant due to staff behaviour at midnight.”

The night staff were extremely rude and behaved in an insulting way; the hospitality was very poor, making us as a family feel very uncomfortable, and at midnight there was nowhere to go.

“Het hotel ligt wel aan een gevaarlijke drukke weg waar geen zebrapad is.”

The room was clean with a large TV that worked well, but the lift was broken; fortunately we were fit enough to manage.
