The quality of the accommodation, the house’s air‑conditioning, the pool, and the owners’ responsiveness made for an excellent stay in a well‑designed and well‑maintained property. The supermarket and bakery on the corner are very convenient, and Canais is ideally located for exploring that part of Portugal. Thanks again to our hosts for a lovely Lusitanian holiday. They should provide more cooking utensils: a large pan, a big pot, a large mixing bowl, and a few wine glasses for our group of six. Adding a dishwasher would make it perfect.
