“Nice town, great cafe next door with a really nice staff, rude owner!”

The location was great because friends were in the nearby RV park and the café next door was really good; one of the beds was comfortable, and the girl who cleaned our room and worked at the café was very sweet and apologized for the wait. However, we arrived and no staff were present. Calling the number on the white board, the owner was rude and blamed us for the online booking issue. We had to wait for him to arrange cleaning because he hadn’t expected us. In the room, the sink didn’t drain when we washed our toddlers’ sippy cups, and the café staff said the owner was out of town. One of the beds was extremely worn out, sagging on one side.

The transit location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the steak house next door was great for breakfast; I didn’t find anything negative.

“Would stay there again in a heartbeat!”

The place was surprisingly modern and very clean; the restaurant food was good and the staff were exceptional, but I would have liked a digital alarm clock in the room.

The resort’s manager wearing a cowboy hat was absolutely brilliant; we arrived late at night and he fired up the stove again just to cook us something, insisting on refusing any tip. He seemed genuinely happy to make us happy. He also kindly pointed out that the Boyhood Home of Butch Cassidy is just one mile from the resort. I’d highly recommend the place.
