If I may offer a small suggestion, everything was great: the environment was very clean, well‑maintained, and pleasant. The only thing I would change is the room lighting, which felt a bit too cool. A warmer light would make the space even more welcoming and highlight the area.

The location was perfect and very close to the main attractions. The host Francesca was amazing! We asked for an iron to press clothes and she was very flexible and helpful. Very kind, responsive, and helpful.
