“The cleanest and best hostel in almaty!”

This hostel is probably the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in—everything from toilets to showers to the room itself is spotless. It feels cozy, the receptionists are friendly and smiley, and the rooms are nice and quiet. It’s not a very social hostel, but that didn’t bother me. Nearby there are plenty of good restaurants, cafés, markets, and a mall. I’ve stayed here twice now, so my experience is overwhelmingly positive. The only downside is the luggage fee of 5000 tenge (about 10 €), which is a bit pricey 😬, but they’re upfront about it.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff didn’t speak English but used Google Translate to give all necessary information. The kitchen is good. It doesn’t have a social vibe, but it’s perfect if you want a quiet and clean hostel. Great value for the money.

Great location, friendly staff, daily room cleaning, reliable internet, and I had one wash per week. Overall it’s a cool place, clearly the manager is trying hard to make it more customer‑friendly and pleasant. Even though it’s a hostel, I didn’t see anyone on the floor except the cleaners, and there were never any queues for the shower or toilet. Usually hostel admins are more welcoming and informal, but this visit felt like a bunch of serious guys were working. Also the windows in the room were covered with matte film, so they only provided extra light during the day.

“Если приеду снова на выставку, то только сюда”

I arrived for the Beauty Expo. Everything was very clean and fresh. Upon check‑in, slippers and a towel were given. The beds are new and the mattresses are top quality. I stayed in both the shared and private rooms, both were excellent. I switched rooms because it was hard to sleep in the shared one; I kept waking up. The staff are wonderful, all very courteous. My room issue was resolved very quickly. Thank you so much. No complaints.
