How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is excellent and the price‑quality ratio is good. Check‑in starts at 15:00, but we had to wait over 30 minutes to authenticate. Also, to turn on the lights in the room you had to switch on the main light; for example, at night when going to the bathroom you either woke the other person or went into the dark because the bathroom light alone wasn’t enough and the main room light had to be on.

The location and modern design were nice. Unfortunately, there was mold in the bathroom.

Everything was great, I can’t understand the negative reviews. Check‑in was easy at the front desk using a tablet. The neighborhood is nice and within walking distance of the Sky Tower and Asakusa.

Location is great. The check‑in process was a bit frustrating due to technical problems, and the TV doesn’t support Chromecast or AirPlay, which is a real disappointment.
