We actually stayed in Pozuelo 2 as shortly before we arrived Jesús contacted us and said he'd had a very late cancellation on Pozuelo 2, which was a larger cottage, and could upgrade us for free. Jesús was very informative without being intrusive. He ensured all was to our satisfaction. Unfortunately we never got to meet him in person. The cottage was very comfortable, secluded and peaceful. Exactly what we wanted for us and our two dogs. Nothing. Everything was great

The cabin’s location and nearby attractions were great, and Jesus was friendly, helpful, and eager to fix our heating and shower problems. Unfortunately, bad weather left the cabin freezing on our first night, and the advertised wood pellet burner didn’t work. After I texted him the next day about how cold it had been, Jesus waived the €20 dog fee and gave us a heater. The biggest let‑down was the old, inefficient shower and boiler, which were clearly unsuitable; I should have told Jesus sooner, and although he tried to repair it, the shower still needs an upgrade and the boiler a replacement.

The experience was fantastic. The house sits right in nature, close to Jabugo, making access very convenient. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Although there are three houses, each has its own space. Jesus was great and gave us many conveniences.

The location and quiet were nice, and we were warmly welcomed. The smoke smell from the bad chimney and lack of Wi‑Fi were disappointing.
