The staff are really nice and welcoming. Especially, Ms. Mai helped us during our short stay. They helped us find the best guided tours for Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh. The room is good enough and the washroom is clean. They allowed me to keep my luggage after the allowed check-out time for a few hours and also let me use the washroom to take a shower. Free packaged water is limited for a day. However, we only came to the hotel just to sleep after long trips
