The jacuzzi in our room was a real highlight and the owners were incredibly welcoming, even stepping in when the air‑conditioner broke and swapping it out the next day. They were always available for any request we had. Breakfast, however, didn’t match what we’re used to in Italy – no cereal, fruit, biscuits or croissants, only occasional crepes, and by the evening the buffet was cleared by other guests so the sweets and fruit were gone when we arrived.

The music by the pool got a bit loud in the afternoons, making it hard to relax. Apart from that, there wasn’t much else to comment on.

This place is officially a three‑star hotel, which is fine if you keep that rating in mind when you book. The front‑desk team was kind and the breakfast and dinner portions were generous. On the downside, the housekeeping left noticeable spots in the rooms and the restaurant was often packed.

The staff were genuinely friendly and even remembered us from our previous stay, which made the hotel feel like home. The property itself was pleasant, but the surrounding area was littered with trash and lacked any nice streets to stroll. It also gets extremely crowded during peak season.
