Only the breakfast was decent. Our stay was disappointing: the shower didn’t produce water and wouldn’t heat up, the toilet was clogged, the bedding was dirty, and the TV wouldn’t turn on. Breakfast was the sole bright spot, served at a nearby hotel that was crowded but close to all the problems, so I can’t complain about it. We kept complaining at reception; they kept saying they’d try to move us to another room, which looked more like a hostel than a proper room – there were five beds in a space meant for a couple. We booked based on good reviews, but those must belong to a different property in the same chain.

The lodge is quiet and peaceful, the room clean, the bathroom spacious. The breakfast is excellent, with many varieties. The service is great and the location is good.

The room is comfortable and clean, I highly recommend the stay for everyone! I found the breakfast a bit poorly organized, they combined the two accommodations in the same area which caused some chaos and missing items.

The reservation was made via Booking in March, the photo was of another hotel, we were told the place we stayed in had been open for less than a month, the room wasn’t cleaned, we had to ask to take out the trash and change the towels. Reception was horrible, we waited 20 minutes at the front desk and no one was there to greet us, the housekeeper attended us, we asked for help from another staff member who didn’t want to help, we were only attended after 30 minutes when she contacted the manager. Breakfast was served at another hotel in the same chain, some food ran out and the staff didn’t restock because they were on their phones. There was no sweetener. It’s absurd, all services were booked and not provided. The service was terrible.
