A property owner barged into my room at 5am without knocking, claiming he couldn't see my car in the parking lot. There was no designated parking area, my vehicle was parked correctly, and we were the only guests there.

Everything was flawless! Michel welcomed us warmly, the manor is stunning, and the pool is a delight. The bedding is superb, and breakfast in the dining room was very pleasant.

The accommodation feels like a small fairy‑tale castle tucked into a park. Michel, the owner, lovingly restored the house with old wood, antiques, and 17th‑century wallpaper reproductions made in Paris—everything is coherent and infused with heart, making the charm irresistible. The rooms are large, the bed excellent, and the bathroom blends new fixtures (shower, taps, toilet) with old ones (washbasin, mirror). The views on both sides are simply breathtaking. Breakfast is freshly prepared at the requested time, with tea, coffee, and cocoa served from silver kettles and freshly squeezed orange juice. Michel is friendly, sympathetic, helpful, and always strives to make guests feel welcome. The cherry on top is the pool. We were the only guests over the weekend and enjoyed exclusive use of the pool: sleeping in the shade, cooling off in the refreshing water while watching the park, and simply savoring heavenly tranquility. We will definitely return!
