The staff were very friendly and helpful, but I was annoyed that the room would have cost me more if I’d used my veteran discount instead of booking. It’s not cool to advertise a veteran discount and then charge more.

“Disappointing Payment Experience”
I had a frustrating experience with my payment, as it wasn't showing upon arrival, and I was asked to provide an alternative payment method, which unfortunately led to a double billing. Despite this issue, the hotel's cleanliness and amenities were satisfactory, but the payment mishap left a bad taste.

The location is great, but when I arrived at 1:30 on Saturday I was told check‑in was at 3:00, and that was repeated three times. The Hispanic lady was really rude. I stay here often, but this new employee showed no compassion for the customer.
“First night awful but got better.”
The first night of my three‑night stay was the cheapest, but the pillows stank, the tub leaked loudly, and a dog barked all night. They moved me to a better room the next day, but that room cost 325! The room still had the old air‑conditioners on the wall.
