The location is great, and we dined at the restaurant in a nice atmosphere with a live music group. The bed is far too high; the footboard should be removed because the mattress already has a topper, making it too bulky.

I loved the cottage’s spot overlooking the water body, the sound of the fountain in the pond, and the surrounding nature with hill views—it’s so relaxing. The cottage is well laid out, fully equipped with new furnishings, and feels like a cozy home. The place is spotless. The bathroom feels damp and lacks ventilation. The living room sofa seats keep falling, which is annoying though not critical. I’d appreciate a bit more upkeep around the cottage; weeds were encroaching near the stairs and a few flowers for the welcome area would help. With those tweaks it would be perfect.

The welcome was warm and the staff clearly cared about guest satisfaction; the manager was charming and a young waiter combined humor with professionalism. Thanks to those two for making our stay a success.

“Central et rénove, bon restaurant aussi”

The spot is great, with easy parking in the center, close to the market and lively events, a freshly renovated clean space, and generous, quality breakfast. The bed was too soft for my taste.
