How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The spot was good and the bed comfy, but we never actually stayed here. When we arrived they told us the hotel was full and directed us to the adjacent hotel they also own, where we got an upgraded room type that I wasn’t happy with because it was old and rough. They handed us a bottle of wine. The pool needed cleaning, and the courtyard was dusty and dirty. Reception was friendly, but the other staff were quite unfriendly.

Just 15 minutes on foot from the old town, the breakfast was hearty and varied. The bed was a bit hard, which is typical for all hotels in Uzbekistan.

The location is perfect between the train station and the old town. The hotel is welcoming, clean, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is very generous. Nothing negative.

The location is fine. The bed felt like a wooden plank and the facilities were old, especially the pool which was in bad condition.

The hotel has a nice interior, a good swimming pool, and is very clean; it was pleasant to spend time there. Breakfast was excellent. The staff are kind but their English is not very good.
