The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the city and the nearby balloon launch site.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Watching the hot air balloons soar above the hotel in the morning was a truly magical experience.

The on‑site restaurant was good, and everything else was perfect.
“ロケーションがよく素敵なホテル”
I could see balloons from the hotel. Breakfast was tasty, and even though I arrived early, I was able to use the room.
“Amazing place for a special occasion, just prepare to pay for it”
I booked a night in the suite with a tub on balcony (which is probably the best available room in Goreme) to celebrate my engagement with my fiancé. It was picturesque to say the least. The price was eye watering especially when compared to the place we stayed for 4 nights with a private hammam cost me the same amount
“Very pretty but not that functional”
We booked three rooms for six people; two of them were 10s, but ours was a 6 despite looking like a 10. We expected noise protection, yet could hear music and people walking by until about 11 pm, which was an issue if you’re noise sensitive. The AC didn’t work, the shower leaked badly onto the marble floor making it very slippery, and we had to repeatedly ask staff to fix these problems, though they eventually did. The breakfast server was amazing—he killed two wasps for us and made us feel welcomed. We asked for coffee and tea at 7:00 am; the restaurant staff first said yes, then no, and the coffee maker produced tepid tea, which was disappointing. Noise, a non‑functional AC, and a leaky shower were the negatives.
The hotel offered an unforgettable stay with breathtaking scenery, friendly staff, outstanding food, and the best cocktails I’ve ever had.
