Beyond any praise: 1. The staff were incredibly smart and courteous, helping with everything from hauling our suitcases from the car and delivering them to the room, to pouring tea during check‑in, giving us bottled water for the road, and even pointing out a newly freed parking space. Their service deserves a perfect 10. 2. The room was superb—spotless, cozy and comfortable, with a TV pre‑loaded with movies, series and channels. 3. Breakfast was absolutely amazing; the female chef cooked deliciously and turned out to be a fascinating conversationalist. I have no idea who owns this hotel, but they should be proud of what they’ve created.

The location was good and the hotel was fairly clean. We were asked about having a civil registry office at check‑in, which is not required in the country, and we were made to wait a long time. We’re married, but we didn’t like that and didn’t raise any objections. We were exhausted, arriving to check in at 12 am, and if a hotel imposes such illegal and inappropriate demands on guests at the front desk, then the price is worthless for the hotel, its staff, and its owner. The bed was not kingsize as we had booked; it was just two beds joined with a ridiculous plastic mattress that kept sagging. The housekeeping staff kept stealing soap, even the soap we had already used. Why would they steal our used soap?!

A brand‑new hotel with a very friendly staff and a breakfast that was both tasty and varied—10/10. The room was large, clean, and brand new.
