All the staff were kind. I wish the room’s climate control had been easier to operate; it was hot as soon as I entered, so I turned it off and opened the window. It was hot again at night and woke me, but I found it hard to contact the front desk and just endured it.

The phone support and the buffet staff both spoke with such warmth that I felt very happy. Thank you very much. I’d love to come again in spring.

There were many food options, and the buffet stations were spread out, so it didn’t get too crowded; the unlimited drinks were also a plus. No particular complaints.

The view from the room was good, and I enjoyed a pleasant morning walk around the pond in front. The food was delicious, and the portions were large enough to satisfy even the hungry children. The drink bar at dinner included alcohol, which made both of us very happy. We’re already talking about staying again. The only disappointment was that the hair dryer only blew cold air; it’s not a big deal, though.
