The hotel facilities are fantastic – rooms, public areas, dining room, etc. Overall the place is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect for our family plan to visit Imbabura from a central, comfortable spot like the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the one hand, I found the hotel to be comfortable with lovely decor and great facilities. However, I was disappointed to notice a few oversights during my stay, such as a dead fly near the coffee station and the absence of soap in the shower dispenser. Additionally, I encountered some issues with the amenities, including a lack of toilet paper in the restaurant restroom and a personalized letter addressed to someone else.
