The cafe staff are too good, but the cafe items are too expensive. Also, you have to climb a steep 200 m and the road condition is not at all good.

I was really let down by this place. There’s no room service, only self‑service, and that wasn’t mentioned before I arrived. The mobile signal is almost non‑existent, so staying connected or working from here is impossible, especially in July when the situation gets worse. It’s not a good spot for professionals who need reliable mobile access. The staff never answered my calls or helped when I asked for something. On top of that, the road to the hotel is in terrible shape, which makes getting there a hassle, especially during the monsoon. All in all, I can’t recommend this hotel because of the missing basic services, awful connectivity, indifferent staff, and hard access.

We had a very disappointing stay at Moustache Shoja. The café staff were rude. At breakfast, even after asking, we were told we could only get one paratha per person, which felt very limiting. The food quality fell short of expectations; the chicken had an off smell that made us return it. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on both customer service and food quality for future guests.

The view was nice and the staff were friendly. The internet was terrible, and the mobile network was a big problem. The café was a bit pricey and the service was slow.

The location is good, but the climb off the main road is inconvenient. The manager or front‑desk staff could be kinder and more considerate.
