We got our money back after we reported the problems. The information in the listing was misleading. The property advertised air conditioning and free, secure parking, but neither was available. There was no air conditioning in the room, and we had to leave our car on the street with our luggage inside. We were worried about its safety all night. It was August, and the room was very hot. There was no window facing outside, so we could not get fresh air. The only window faced an indoor corridor where people were smoking. No staff were available to help us that evening. I would not recommend this property because the facilities did not match the description.
