The elevator was broken, I couldn’t get an extra towel even if I needed it desperately, there was no security, it was awful, I wouldn’t stay here again even if I paid, it wasn’t handicap accessible at all—rated 1 out of 10.

The location is ideal and the hotel is spotless, and the front desk staff are friendly.

The location was close to where we wanted to be, but all the elevators were out of service, we stayed on the 3rd floor, the air conditioner was weak and kept cycling on and off, the sign outside advertised newly renovated rooms, yet I saw new vinyl flooring and a fresh coat of paint while the old smells lingered; on top of that, they are holding a $100 deposit on my credit card.

How close it was to the Job Site. They atmosphere around the entire hotel. Smelled like pot, pretty sure ladies of the night were the ones hanging around the entrance. It is a pretty run down place and doesn't look like what is promoted. I needed these rooms cancelled immediately. I had 6 guys coming for a 5 day job. They had trucks with equipment, and it just wasn't a safe environment for kind of stuff. Feel free to book and stay, it just wasn't a go fit for us. Still hoping we get a refund even if it's partial
