How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was very central, the staff were polite and helpful, we were upgraded to a sea‑view room which was lovely and let us see the beach, the kitchen was well equipped and clean, the shower was huge and the bathroom nice; we would stay again if we return to Benidorm. Thank you for the lovely memories, though the lift moved a bit slowly.

Everything was great, the staff – including the cleaning ladies – were very nice, they looked after my mother in a wheelchair until we parked and kept our luggage on the day of departure until we left; we felt at home, with a good range of kitchen and bathroom items, very comfortable beds, and I didn’t miss anything about mine.

The location was fine, but the room felt like a crawl space with no view to the outside, only two windows opening onto a patio filled with all the air‑conditioning units, so on hot days we couldn’t open the windows and there was no ventilation.

The place was excellent, very clean, tidy, and pleasant; the receptionist Patricia was very kind and attentive, and I highly recommend it.
