“Better place close to the Park”

The staff were fantastic, especially that young lady who took care of us—she made breakfast, turned on the heater, and gave great tips for the day. The hotel sits right by the park and a tiny village with restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away. The rooms were comfy and warm, so we left feeling relaxed.

This place is a real gem on the edge of Torres del Paine, with cozy rooms that feel well‑appointed. Breakfast and dinner are simple but enough for a day of hiking, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms could use a bit more cleaning, but overall they were better than I expected.
