The staff were amazing! The Wi‑Fi didn’t work, but that’s not the property’s fault; the room we stayed in was very outdated, cluttered, and uncomfortable, with bad sheets, a rough bed, and unsatisfactory pillows.

There was no lock on the bedroom, and the second bedroom had no door.

When we were leaving, the management gave us a terrible experience. They shouted at us for not checking out on time even though we returned the keys right away. As an older couple, I have sciatica and it’s hard to bend and lift, so we needed a bit more time to load and exit the room. They were unsympathetic, shouted at us, and literally told us to leave, ruining our trip and leaving us shaken. I would not recommend anyone who might face such a nasty encounter.

The staff were great and the area is nice. The deck was perfect for relaxing after a long day in good weather, and the game room as well as the indoor and outdoor pool areas were enjoyable. The room itself was outdated and the beds were very uncomfortable.
