The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the place welcoming. We had booked an extra night with the guy who did the check‑in. He told us he’d block the night, but at night he told us we’d have to leave the room the next day, leaving us in an uncomfortable situation. He could have at least warned us before handing over the key, and he didn’t even say goodbye in person.

It was a great value‑for‑money stay in a convenient spot, right on the main street with plenty of food options and a dive centre nearby. The room was nice and spacious, and overall the hotel was comfortable. One thing to note is that it’s tucked inside a small alley, so it can be a little hard to find at first, but Google Maps worked fine for me. I’m not sure why basic amenities like shampoo and room slippers weren’t provided. The floor also felt a little sandy during my stay, so housekeeping could have been better.

However, the curtains didn’t block out light, so the sun kept hitting me while I tried to sleep; I ended up buying an eye mask that wasn’t very comfortable. I stayed for four days and three nights, and I expected at least one round of room service.
