“worst”
It was the worst and not worth it; for a 3k price you get a broken bed, the CR is far from the room, breakfast isn’t included, and there’s no food stall or restaurant nearby, plus no amenities are provided.

I was double‑charged and the staff simply said they couldn’t do anything about it, refusing even to offer a refund for the extra amount. The toilet was too far from my room, and they never brought me breakfast or asked if I still wanted it. I paid for two days but checked out after the first day.

The location was fine, but the rooms were the worst – they felt suffocating. The air‑conditioner in the room didn’t work, and some rooms didn’t have a private bathroom, forcing us to use the shared one outside. The bedroom and bathroom doorknobs were broken. The water pressure was good, yet the water had an odd smell. The mattresses were only one inch thick of foam, making them stiff and uncomfortable, especially for my elderly parents who struggled to fall asleep and woke up with back pain. The staff were unhelpful and rude, even trying to scam us for a 1,000‑peso security deposit; they claimed they hadn’t received our deposit when they gave us the receipt.

The location was great.

I appreciated the direct beach access, the friendly staff, and the clean bedding and bathroom. However, the parking area is a few minutes’ walk from the main entrance, and passing through a pack of stray dogs was a hassle. I also think the partition in the cottage room is unnecessary because it blocks the air‑conditioner for the other half of the room.
