The room and facilities were nice, and I really liked the trees and plants they have. The dining staff were attentive. The only issue was on Sunday, 9 August, during the morning shift when the front‑desk guy ignored our request for pool towels. We asked first, then my sister, but got nothing.

The hotel was perfect for a stopover after flying into Orlando and driving to Santa Rosa Beach. It had a decent bar and pool to unwind after the flight and the long drive the next day, and it was easy to find on the way north. Nothing else stood out; it did exactly what we needed.

The staff were friendly, but I paid extra because of a university event (which I understood). The room wasn’t clean under the pull‑out sofa, and we had no hot water for showers because the hotel was full.

The omelette bar was good and the breakfast staff were very friendly. We didn’t get hot water at all during our stay because of a circulation pump problem. The manager and staff handled it poorly: the manager never made himself available, and I only heard from a staff member named Arianna four days later, offering a small credit with little empathy. I understand things break, but the management response was not what I expect from hospitality professionals.
