“Bene in tutto, la reception molto gentile e disponibile”

The dining room is a place where people doing breakfast or lunch see tourists checking in and out, with a lot of people looking inside the room. The dining room itself is very nice and has good privacy, which is a big improvement. The furniture could be updated, although it’s stylish. The buffet needs better jam dispensers and utensils, as the signs and wear are noticeable over time.

The location is good. The rooms were dirty, the shower leaked water even though the building is new, and the bathroom window shade couldn’t be lowered (the cleaning lady couldn’t do it either), which let in heat and forced us to keep the bathroom door closed to block the light. The paid parking is only suitable for small cars, and we had major trouble maneuvering. The food was low quality and the hygiene conditions were not recommended. The staff were polite. The location is still a plus.

The food is excellent, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the bathroom was newly renovated. The older furniture in the room, peeling wallpaper, and old bedding make the room feel dated, and there’s a smell from the old equipment in the room.
