The room stayed spotless and the pool was pleasant.
“Wouldn’t stay again”
The location was convenient, but the AC didn’t work and the tub was nasty.
The staff are very polite and good people.
“Wasn’t impressed one of the most disappointing stays I’ve had at a hotel n I normally don’t complain”
The toilet top was broken, the conditioner holder was broken, and the remote control didn’t work; I had to stand right in front of the TV for it to function. Stains appeared on the blankets, some outlets didn’t work, the hair dryer was useless, and it looked like dried‑up rice was in the blankets and on the bed’s ledge. The AC barely worked, and the dresser drawers were dirty. The staff were friendly.
“Don't stay there!”
The location was decent, yet the room was awful: the bathroom had patched floors with duct tape, the door wouldn’t close properly, falling ceiling tiles were present, the sheets were dirty with yellow stains and burn marks. I requested a refund, but the person in charge denied it because I had been in the room longer than 30 minutes, which was the reason we were staying—our attempts to find another hotel had failed as all were booked. The pool also smelled as if they had a fireworks show there.
