The biggest differentiator of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff; everyone is extremely attentive, helpful and friendly, making us feel truly at home. During our stay we made a request that was promptly resolved by receptionist Isabel, who attended to us with the utmost attention, professionalism and kindness. The hotel is very clean, well‑maintained and has a very pleasant scent. The location is excellent, close to several attractions and metro stations, which makes traveling very convenient. This was already our third stay at this hotel, which in itself says a lot about our satisfaction and the excellent opinion we have of the hotel. The only downside we noticed was that the headboards of the beds show some visible wear in the area where the head rests, causing small pieces of material to fall onto the bed and pillows; this is an aspect to improve. Aside from this issue, the rooms are in very good condition.

The location was easy to access, but small housekeeping details and equipment need review, and the terrace was unattractive.

Breakfast was solid, staff were always attentive and helpful with any request. The dinner service on the first night fell short – we had booked a table in the outdoor patio but there were none available, so we ate inside; the service was VERY slow and not up to the hotel’s level.
