The location was great and everything was very clean with good food, but we were not told at check‑in how to sign up for the a la carte restaurants, so we missed an evening a la carte meal.

The food, rooms, family festival, aquapark, and sea were good, but the drinks, service, beach snack bar were too hot, lacked shade, and the entertainment was lacking.

We stayed in room 5137 and the cleaning and minibar refilling were done every day without fail; every employee was so sweet and sincere that they were almost the reason we love the hotel. From the animation team, Ms Sena, Mr Altan, and Mr Yusuf were extremely friendly and attentive. Compared to other hotels, even the waiters here were happy and smiling. We were also very satisfied with customer service. Service, attention, cleanliness, activities were all 10/10. We would definitely consider staying again without hesitation. The only downside was that the food variety was sometimes too limited; we didn’t run out of food, but we had visited other hotels with a wider selection, so the dining section didn’t fully satisfy us. However, the dishes and desserts served were very tasty. Additionally, we thought the sea was all sand, but there were a lot of large rocks, unfortunately. We were worried about stepping on them or getting hurt while swimming, so we couldn’t relax and swim freely. From that perspective, the only drawbacks are the food options and the sea.
