The accommodations matched the photos exactly; we enjoyed a wonderful stay—everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the chalet cozy and warm, and fully equipped. It comfortably housed six people. Hosts Javier and Paula were very helpful and always available. The location isn’t in the center but in Rayen Mapu, near Melipal, a neighborhood that has everything—markets and restaurants. We had no trouble walking around or ordering Uber and remis for trips or to the center. It’s close and nice to be away from the downtown bustle. When it snows, everything turns white, beautiful to see and to enjoy the snow in front of the house. It was all perfect; we felt very good and will always remember this stay. The only downside was the departure time—we wanted to stay longer. Thanks Javier and Paula!

The hosts, Paula and Javier, were outstanding, always around and checking each day if we needed anything, while the house, its location, and the owners themselves were simply great.

The heating was cozy. We experienced windy, drizzly, cold days, and arriving at the house felt like a relief! The bedding was clean, the mattresses were good, and the shower was great. The house was cozy—room for a couple, excellent! The only issue was the “room” on the upper floor—it wasn’t a proper room, had no door, and let in a lot of external light through many windows. The couple who slept there complained about poor sleep during the nights we stayed there.
